The standard features of this 21 Cu/Ft (609L) Scientemp ultra-low freezer include a Micro-processor-based controller, which sounds an audible and visual alarm. The temperature range is -45C to -85C. It also features manual defrost, castors and keylocking door. 6 in. circular chart recorder is available at additional cost if required. A phone dialer back-up system is available at a small additional cost; if the alarm goes off it phones a number (like a pager or phone). Other available accessories include a CO2 or Liquid Nitrogen Back-Up System, Freezer Racks, and Access Port Holes for probes, cables or instruments.

The Model 80-21 is a 21 cubic foot ultra low temperature chest freezer featuring versatile design with safe, economical insulation and CFC-free refrigerant. Built with sturdy welded steel construction and equipped with digital temperature control, this freezer provides reliable storage for demanding laboratory applications.
