The standard features of this 3.1 Cu/Ft (88L) Scientemp ultra-low freezer include a Micro-processor-based controller, which sounds an audible and visual alarm. The temperature range is -45C to -85C. It also features manual defrost, castors and keylocking door. 6 in. circular chart recorder is available at additional cost if required. A phone dialer back-up system is available at a small additional cost; if the alarm goes off it phones a number (like a pager or phone). Other available accessories include a CO2 or Liquid Nitrogen Back-Up System, Freezer Racks, and Access Port Holes for probes, cables or instruments.
