Cabinets have heavy steel double-wall construction. Temperature is controlled by an automatic Hydraulic thermostat. Inside is galvanized steel. Supplied with 2 adjustable wire shelves and 1 fixed bottom shelf. Dial thermometer on door. Top mounted fan.
ELECTRICAL: Please note that although this oven has a regular 115V plug, due to the high amperage (it has a heater element and a blower), it is advisable to have your electrical line upgraded from 15A to 20A. This will save your electrical wiring over time. Alternately, you can order this in 220 volt format at no additional cost.
