This 0.7 Cu.Ft gravity-convection oven is new. Temperature range: to 225C/437F. Cabinets have heavy steel single-wall construction. Temperature is controlled by a bi-metal thermostat. Inside is galvanized steel. Supplied with 1 adjustable wire shelf and 1 fixed bottom shelf. Temperature uniformity is ±5C.
Additional shelf available at extra cost.
