WaterPro PS Polishing Systems
The WaterPro PS Polishing Systems deliver Type I water, up to 18.2 megohm-cm, at typical rates varying by model configuration and installed purification modules. These systems feature a built-in dispensing center with an integrated stainless steel front panel for a reduced footprint and streamlined installation.
System Design
Each WaterPro PS system utilizes large capacity bowls constructed of unpigmented virgin natural polypropylene—an inert material that prevents contamination. The powder-coated steel cabinet with Type 304 stainless steel front panel houses a 1/4 hp motor and rotary vane recirculation pump, isolated for quiet operation. Wall mounting hardware is included, with optional bench mounting and mobile stand configurations available.
Operational Features
- Digital LED display showing water quality in megohm-cm, temperature in °C, timed dispense settings, or resistivity set point
- Timed dispense function: set delivery time from 0 to 99.9 minutes for automatic shutoff and unattended operation
- Water quality alert: user-selectable resistivity set point from 0 to 16 megohm-cm with flashing display when quality drops below threshold
- Continuous or intermittent recirculation modes to maintain water quality and minimize bacterial growth
- Moisture sensor with automatic inlet valve shutoff protection
- In-line pressure regulator accommodating feedwater from 0 to 100 psi

Life Science models include a built-in ultrafilter module housed in the cabinet, freeing the fourth bowl for an additional deionization cartridge. A UF flush valve operates during intermittent recirculation, rinsing the ultrafilter for one minute every four hours to extend filter life and ensure pyrogen-free water.
