FZ-i Series Toploader Balances with Internal Calibration
The FZ-i delivers high-end performance combined with the convenience of internal calibration at an exceptional value. A unique air-actuated internal motor enables quick, one-touch calibration with just a keystroke. The fail-safe mechanism automatically resets the weight to its original position if interrupted during calibration, ensuring reliable operation.
Advanced Weighing Capabilities
Built on A&D's patented Compact Super Hybrid Sensor technology, the FZ-i features a specially designed internal shock absorber that protects against damage from vertical or transverse overloading. The balance delivers fast, one-second stabilization time for efficient operation.
Key Features
- Vacuum Fluorescent Display (VFD) with selectable refresh rates: 5, 10, or 20 times per second
- Statistical calculation function displaying Sum, Maximum, Minimum, Range, Standard Deviation, Number of Data, and Coefficient of Variation
- ACAI (Automatic Counting Accuracy Improvement) recalculates average weight with each sample addition to eliminate unit weight variation errors
- Animal weighing function with HOLD capability to freeze data and display ANIMAL indicator
- Comparator function with HI and LO limits displaying HI, OK, or LO indicators
- Percent mode allowing sample registration as 100% for comparative measurements
- Underhook for magnetic material measurement and density measurements in air and water
- Response indicator function with selectable FAST, MID, or SLOW settings
- Auto Power OFF after 10 minutes of inactivity for energy conservation
- Standard RS-232C interface with bi-directional communication capability
- GLP/GMP/GCP/ISO compliant with balance ID number and calibration data output capability
