GUARDIAN™5000 Hotplate Stirrers
The GUARDIAN™5000 Hotplate Stirrers deliver engineered safety and versatility for research, academic, and industrial settings. These next-generation units combine powerful heating and mixing capabilities with premium hardware and software designed to support diverse users safely and reliably. Available in 5 models with 3 plate sizes, heating models achieve temperatures up to 550 °C and feature 3 temperature control modes for quick heating or precise heating without overshoot.
Advanced Protection Systems
The GUARDIAN™5000 series integrates multiple layers of safety protection to ensure secure operation in demanding laboratory environments. The SafetyHeat™ system provides industry-leading early detection using two independent safety controls that continuously monitor electronics and shut off heating before an overtemperature condition occurs. SmartHeat™ allows users to adjust the Set Temperature upper limit of the Top Plate from 0°C to Rated Max Temperature. The Run Dry Protection System automatically shuts off heating and alarms if probe-controlled heating is running without the probe tip submersed in the heating medium.
