Quick Ship Walk-in Hoods provide an off-the-shelf economical solution for fume control of large equipment or to create a mini “dirty room”. Unlike the industry standard lead time of 4-6 weeks, these walk-in hoods are ready to ship in 5 business days.

Quick Ship Walk-in Hoods create an enclosed 8’ x 8’ x 8’ negative-pressure area around oversized equipment to isolate the application from the rest of the room.
These systems use attached filtration systems (option of 1-4) to remove most airborne contaminants or attach ductwork and blower (not included) to the unit’s exhaust collars (option of 1-4) for exhausting contaminants externally.

Quick Ship Walk-in Hoods are constructed of a powder-coated heavy-duty steel frame and offer a few options to best suit your application’s needs.

— Ductless: option of 1 - 4 air cleaners
— Ducted: option of 1 - 4 exhaust collars
Dimensions: 8’ wide x 8’ deep x 8’ tall
Frame Material: 3” x 3” powder-coated steel structural tubing
Wall Material: Hard Walls (1/4” clear twinwall polycarbonate) OR clear anti-static vinyl curtains
Air Cleaner: Quantity Options Choice of 1, 2, 3, or 4 air cleaner(s)
Airflow Options: Depends on air cleaner model - up to 350CFM/700CFM/900CFM per unit
Main Filter Options:
- HEPA (up to 99.97% efficient on particles down to 0.3 microns)
- ASHRAE (up to 95% efficient on particles down to 0.5 microns)
- Activated Carbon
- Specialty-blended filter media (i.e. acid gas, mercury, aldehyde, and
ammonia)
