This Harvest Right freeze dryer is excellent for freeze drying 12-16 lbs of food and organics per cycle batch. This system maintains perfect temperatures and vacuum with built-in processor, allowing the user to freeze dry at the touch of a button. Includes the 5cfm Premier pump

This patented technology has the capability of freeze drying 3.5 to 4.0 gallons (3.5 to 4.0 #10 cans) per batch. In a year's time, you can easily freeze dry 670 gallons of food. All of which will keep nearly 100% of its nutrition.

Unit reaches -40°C with 3 micron ultimate vacuum level. Includes 6 stainless steel trays (9 in.W x 20.5 in.L x 0.75 in.H) and a dual-stage 6cfm vacuum pump. This unit comes with stainless steel exterior.
