Product Description This 3M 5XL low temperature sterilizer (utilizing ethylene oxide) has a 4.8 cu.ft. chamber and includes printer, upper & lower basket, & RH monitor to continuously monitor relative humidity in the chamber during preconditioning & provide visual record on printout. Price also includes #24161, which is an aeration cabinet. See specification sheet attached for more information.

This unit will be serviced to good working order on site and the labor cost of installation will also be included. This includes basic testing, operator training if needed, and pre-site discussion or visit if needed to make sure facility is ready (electrical and venting etc) for the install.

An abator, if required, is not included.

Health care facilities throughout the world have found ethylene oxide gas sterilization to be a dependable and effective method of sterilizing heat and/or moisture sensitive devices. The following are the major benefits of gas sterilization.
- All microorganisms, including resistant spores, are killed by the chemical reaction with ethylene oxide.

This is a dual-cycle, 100% ethylene oxide (EO) gas sterilizer/aerator with a 4.8 cubic foot chamber. It can be installed in a wall or placed on a freestanding rack. Includes upper and lower baskets, local exhaust hood, and installation kit. Its aeration cycle begins automatically after sterilization and a built-in printer records chamber temperature and vacuum, cycle number, temperature selected and aeration time for each load. Error and caution codes display if the cycle is interrupted. The 5XL can be installed in-wall or placed on a free-standing stacking rack.
