Product Description

6-detector Liquid Scintillation Counter, use 96-sample filtermats or 96 sample T-trays, maximum of 20 cassettes, less than 1 second sample change time, bi-directional cassette transport. Coincidence resolution time is 100ns, count variation less than 0.5 percent per 24 hours. 100 fully-programmable counting protocols, delay start, protocol management, password protected, help function, single-label CPM or DPM counting, dual-label CPM counting, preset parameters for 6 common isotopes, count termination by time or when precision is reached, full-programmable outputs, repeat and cycle counting, background correction, half-life correction, and chemiluminescence correction. Up to 100 normalization and 100 quench protocols/data sets. There's no internal radioactive source, like used in a traditional Scintillation counter. However, you will need special sealed normalization standards (used ones included but not guaranteed, however, new ones are readily available from Perkin-Elmer) to calibrate and normalize the PMT's. These are comprised of H3, C14 and Background. Includes manual. Software is most likely included, please inquire if interested. Computer, printer and monitor are not included.
