This Polyscience heating circulator transforms any suitable container into an accurate constant temperature bath or circulating system. Adjustable over temperature cutoff. Minimum immersion depth is 3 inches. Maximum is 7 inches. Heater is 1100 Watts. Two speed pressure pump produces flow rates of 9 or 15 Liters per minute. These circulators feature an LED readout and a temperature range of ambient +5øC to 150øC, Stability: ñ0.05øC. Ideal for sous vide cooking as well.
