The Cecil 7500 UV-Visible scanning spectrophotometer is a double beam system and has a wavelength range of 190-1100nm and a variable 0.5, 1, 2 and 4nm optical bandpass. Has a bi-directional RS-232 and 30 methods may be stored and retrieved. It also offers as an option reaction kinetics with plots, reprocessing of data as required, for single cell or up to 6 cells. Up to 8 scans may be overlaid with or without offsets. As an option, you can program up to 10 wavelengths, which may be combined with cell programming (up to 4, 6 or 8 cells). Linear, quadratic or cubic curve fitting with editing of standards. Up to 30 curves can be stored, you can purchase software to store up to 100 spectra.
