Labconco Purifier II 36208-04 Type A2

This Labconco Purifier II is a class II, TYPE A2 biohazard hood. It is NSF-approved. In this design, airborne contaminants in the cabinet are partially contained by virtue of the air curtain formed by the inward flow of room air into the frontal opening. In addition to protecting the user from outward flow of contaminants, this air curtain also prevents unfiltered room air from contaminating the material worked on. This room air is drawn into the cabinet substructure by the motor blower, through the fan and filtered. Then a portion of it is recirculated while the remainder is discharged out of the cabinet. *** Includes certificate of decontamination ***
