TCM-201 motorized test stand will accommodate Chatillon dial or digital force gauges and gripping fixtures up to 200 lb or 1000 N capacity for numerous testing applications. Rugged all-metal construction ensures durability for production floor as well as laboratory test requirements. The ball screw drive with dual column alignment provides precision linear motion for R&D or demanding assembly line applications. Dynamic braking provides positive control of the motor. The TCM 201 motorized test stand is a dedicated force tester intended for tension and compression force testing when travel measurements are not required. It features adjustable overload protection for DFS-R-ND, DFA, DFIS, and DFGS gauges. The advanced E-DFE Digital Force Gauge provides analog force data to the TCM 201 for overload protection and RS232 force data to a computer for data logging and graphing using Nexygen DF Gauge software (not included). Up-front rotary dials provide speed and test mode selection. Dedicated function keys provide fast motion control - up, down and stop. Selectable modes include: single cycle at upper or lower limit, continuous cycling between limits and manual operation. The HS stands for High Speed - 1 to 25 in/min.
