Description:	This Fisher Scientific Isotemp 2100 analog immersion circulators has the following features.; 5C above ambient to 100C temp range; 0.2C temp stability; 15L/min., 800W heater, low reservoir fluid level cutoff with visual alarm, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel wetted parts. For use with bath fluids that have a maximum viscosity of 50cs. NOT recommended for use in sous vide cooking, as we cannot guarantee sterility suitable for human consumption.
