StatSpin Express SSX4 M500-22

This centrifuge is the perfect solution to sample prep bottlenecks in the busy clinical lab, with high productivity, improved safety, and lower cost per test. It is amazingly compact and quiet, making it ideal for use right at the workstation. It spins standard 5mL blood collection tubes in only two minutes, yet it produces quality serum or plasma equal to 10 to 15 minute runs in larger, more costly equipment. The two-minute automatic cycle, combined with rapid, gentle deceleration, allows the processing of tubes as they arrive, with no waiting for batches. The centrifuge accepts standard glass or plastic blood collection tubes up to 5mL (13x75mm). The unique rotor design minimizes the chance of breakage. This centrifuge includes a used RTX4 rotor.
