This Humboldt Universal penetrometer has 1/10 mm. divisions on 4" dial. Price does not include cones or needles. Determine consistency of petroleum products or other highly viscous or solid materials. Accessory penetration cones and needles (additional cost - not included) attach to penetrometer plunger. Lever release drops plunger into samples. Dial measures penetration from 0 to 38.0mm, in 0.1mm increments, on first revolution. Allows direct reading up to 62mm within second dial revolution for maximum penetration tests. Automatically resets to zero when plunger is raised. ALL CONES OR NEEDLES ARE ADDITIONAL COST AND MAY BE AVAILABLE FROM STOCK (PLEASE INQUIRE). ***unit will be serviced and includes a certificate of calibration***
