This Mettler DL-36 coulometric titrator INCLUDES a brand new titration cell (including titration cell, inner burette and double-pin platinum electrode). Moisture in sugar or salt influences its pouring properties. Traces of moisture in brake fluid have an adverse effect on the functioning of vehicle brakes. Impurity water in the hydraulic oil of aircraft leads to a dangerous lowering in the performance of the hydraulic system. As the quality of products frequently depends on their moisture content, it is essential that this be known as accurately as possible. The DL36 KF Coulometer can be used to determine trace moisture with high accuracy.
Capacity of the titration cell: maximum 150 mL.
Measurement range: 10 ug to 100 mg H2O content of a sample.
Resolution: 1ug.
Calculation of the moisture content in ppm or % with known weight or in ug or mg.
It has RS232C interface for the attachment of a GA42 Printer (not included), balance(not included) or for various commercial printers (not included).
The Mettler DL-36
- can determine the moisture content of a sample in a range from 10 mg to 100 mg H2O,
- allows entry of the sample weight before or after the titration either manually or automatically via an attached balance,
- automatically determines the drift and takes it into account in the result calculation,
- permits a recalculation of the results.
An attached printer (not included) prints out defined parameters and records the titration data in short-form or GLP format. An attached computer (not included) can interchange data with the titrator.
Electrodes/probes are not included.
