Use this precision-machined Brass Grease cone together with a penetrometer to determine the consistency of petroleum products. Cone weighs 102.5g (0.25lb.) with hardened stainless steel tip. Can also be used with mechanical grease worker to conduct "worked penetration" and "prolonged worked penetration" tests to determine consistency of lubricating greases. For ASTM D217. Strictly for sale with purchase of a penetrometer - NO exceptions.
