The Labsystems Multiskan Plus is an 8-channel reader and adds a new range to microplate photometry. It carries the conventional four measuring modes: absorbance, range, matrix and the computer mode to add calculating power to the measuring instrument. Two completely new measurements are available in the Multiskan Plus. The first is the two-point measurement common in clinical chemistry. It gives you the possibility to follow the reaction kinetics in standard measurements with microplate technology. That means more reliable results. The second is the kinetic measurement with which you can follow a reaction's kinetics at regular intervals for up to 2 minutes. You get more information. And, in addition to new measurements, the Labsystems Multiskan Plus gives you new calculation modes: factor, linear standard, standard line, double limit and column subtraction. Spectral performance range is 400 to 750nm and absorbance performace range is 0 to 2000 absorbance units.
