IEC HN-S II

Details: The IEC HN-SII centrifuge is designed for continuous heavy-duty service, the HN-S can handle a range of applications in biomedical, industrial, and research laboratories. It has a maximum capacity of 4 x 250ml, and a maximum speed of 8650RPM, depending on the rotor used (not included) and load. Typical performance is 4750 with a fixed angle rotor and 4000 rpm with a swinging rotor (with no load). A wide range of rotors and accessories are available, including carriers for large batch work and specialized rotors for ASTM oil tests and milk testing. This model includes variable speed control, a direct-reading tachometer, and a manual electric brake. 0 to 60 min. timer can be set in 2-min. intervals, or select HOLD position for shorter runs. Rotor & shields are extra. No lid interlock (unit can be opened while in operation).
