Description:	FPLC (Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography) is one of the most successful ways to purify biomolecules. FPLC enables you to run applications manually or automatically and to construct multi-step purification schemes. This automated FPLC system combines liquid chromatography controller LCC-500 and motor valves to simplify sample loading, liquid handling and to ensure reproducibility. Different valve configurations enable you to perform a variety of column manipulations. The LCC-500 system includes the following components: 2 P-500 pumps (#23447 and #23958), 1 FRAC-100 fraction collector (stock #23405), 1 pH monitor, 1 MV-7 valve, 2 MV-8 valves, 1 mixer and a column.
