Electrothermal 9300

This Electrothermal 9300 determines melting points for up to three samples simultaneously. Operator observes melting point through eyepiece. Up to six readings can be recorded by a simple key depression without diverting operator to make a written record. At end of test, results can be recalled to display. Oven temperature automatically reverts to ramp start setting, allowing consecutive samples to be tested under identical conditions. Magnification of 8X, focusing eyepiece, and a light give clear view of heating block. The model 9300 Utilizes six-place melt temperature memory for recording beginning and ending points of each of three samples tested. Also features preprogrammed ramp-rate of 1C per minute, plus variable ramp rate programming from 0.2C per minute to 10C per minute. On-board memory stores up to 500 individual batches. A tube-select key toggles between sample tubes and LED indicators display tube selection. Includes RS-232-C port for computer or printer. Oven Temperature 45 to 450C . Thermometer Range Ambient to 400C. Resolution 0.1C. Accuracy +/-0.5C at 20C and +/-1.0C at 350C. Capillary tube type melting point apparatus.
