LKB Pharmacia Ultrospec Plus 80-2092-26

The Pharmacia Ultrospec Plus spectrophotometer does concentration measurements from standard curves, multiple wavelength measurements, kinetics and routine wavelength scanning. Standard curves can be generated from a maximum of 9 concentrations using either line regrassion, linear interpolation, or spline curve fitting methods. Enzyme activities, reaction rates, and substrate concentrations can be measured using the kinetics program. Wavelength scanning (2nm/sec) with a reference correction facility can also be performed. An upper absorbance scale limit of either 0.5, 1,2,3, or autoscale, with a scale offset between 0.1 and 2.9 can be selected. The spectrum can be recalled later for further manipulation such as autoscaling, expansion, or 1st, 2nd, and 3rd derivative plotting. Wavelength range: 200-900nm. Bandwidth: 5nm.
