Description:	This basic FPLC system provides a simple and convenient means of performing advanced chromatography. Built around the versatile gradient programmer GP-250 and the high precision P-500 pump. this system provides an excellent work station for high performance and standard chromatography. The GP-250 system features easy scale-up with programming in time or volume mode, programmed control of flow rate, gradient and fraction collection, stroage of up to 50 individual and linkable methods for immediate use and easy inspection of system status. This system includes the following components: 2 P-500 pumps (stock #23205 and #17594), 1 FRAC-100 fraction collector (stock #22819), 1 UV-1 monitor (stock #22761) and 1 V-7 injection valve. Chart recorder, mixer and chromatography rack are not included.
