IEC Centra 4B

The IEC Centra-4B centrifuge achieves a maximum speed of 12,750RPM/10,550g. Maximum capacity is 4 x 250mL. Timer can be set to 60 minutes in 1 minute increments. Compatible with a large selection of IEC rotors (extra cost). Applications include microhematocrit tests, cytological slide preparation, high speed centrifuging of microsamples or standard separations with tubes & bottles up to 250mL. Speed is indicated on a digital tachometer. Includes interlocking counterbalanced lid, push-button electric brake and rotor imbalance/stopped indicators. We have a wide variety of rotors & accessories available used from stock. To quote you on the accessories, I would need to know: 1) your tube or vessel volume(s) 2) how many tubes do you plan to spin at a time? 3) what speed you intend to spin at? Swinging bucket rotors tend to have limited speeds at which they are to be operated at and fixed angle rotors are generally used for higher speeds.
