This is a stand-alone system that combines a multi-element photodiode array detector, IBM-compatible computer, software & automatic sample positioner. It offers menu driven parameter set-up, single-keystroke data collection & a variety of options for data processing. High performance instrument: light from the deuterium lamp enters through the first slit, scanning 200-555nm range; almost instantly, the second slit opens to allow light from the tungsten lamp to scan 555 to 900nm range.
