Description:	The YSI 27 sugar analyzer quickly and accurately determines concentration of dextrose (glucose), sucrose, lactose, starch, alcohol, fructose or L-lactic acid in liquids, syrups & slurry samples. Most samples require no prior preperation. Ideal for quality control and production control of batch formulation, in food and beverage industries, as well as biotechnology and fermentation applications. Depending on sample & volume, range is 0-500 or 0-1999mg/dL. Takes 5, 10 or 25uL samples. Analyses are virtually unaffected by sample color, turbidity, pH, index of refraction, specific gravity, temperature or presence of other nutrients.
