Description:	The agar sterilizer model AS-20 is a mobile apparatus designed for preparation, sterilization and cooling of agar as well as nutrients. The equipment contains a 28L stainless steel vessel with constant speed agitation. An electrically heated water recirculating system keeps the agar and the transfer piping at the appropriate temperature while the petri dishes are being filled. It has a 0-60 minute timer. Requires water, compressed air, and steam supplied from external source.
