Description:

The BioVID features BNC-RCA and S video outputs as well as on-screen programming, allowing the user to modify and improve the image. Connect the camera to your trinocular microscope with a C or CS-mount or use the included macro lens and eyepiece adaptor to work with a variety of optical equipment. The BioVID camera will connect over the eyepiece of any monocular or binocular microscope for live video microscopy. This is an excellent tool for demonstrations in medical, laboratory and industrial inspection applications. Text display: 24 alphanumeric characters (ON/OFF selectable). Horizontal resolution: 470 TV lines. Electronic shutter: on/off/manual. This camera will attach directly to a CCD tube, or a C-mount on a microscope. It also comes with an adapter that allows it to be mounted on a regular microscope eye tube. To display the images on a computer screen, order a USB-VA or the BV-EZC at additional cost. They accomplish the same thing - image capture and both come with software; but one is external (USB-VA) and one is internal (BV-EZC).
