he Barnstead Turner SP 830 is a spectrophotometer that is highly useful in the fields of Phosphorus analysis, Iron analysis, Chlorophyll analysis, Color and clarity testing, and Turbidity. It is a digital microprocessor controlled instrument providing photometric absorbance, transmittance and concentration measurements in the wavelength range of 320 to 999 nm or 1100 nm respectively. It is equipped with a motorized optical filter wheel and grating for easy, automated operation. Its Multi-use sample compartment accommodates round tubes, square cuvettes and rectangular long-path cells for multiple applications. Serial RS-232C and/or parallel centronics printer port for interfacing spectrophotometer with a computer or external printer.
