Description:

This Metrohm 707 KF drying oven can be used for all KF titrators. Use the oven with solid samples, samples that react with KF reagent or samples that release water slowly. The Metrohm 707 KF drying oven has a built-in air pump and motorized sample entry for ease and automatic operation. To assure accuracy, a purge time allows for the drying of the air before the sample is introduced into the heated sexction of the oven. The sample is not moved into the heating chamber until the drift condition of the titration cell is met. Ideal for samples that react with KF reagent or have problems releasing water in solvent. Applications include plastics, polyester chips, polypropylene granulates, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and foods; salts and powders; sodium carbonate;oils, lubricants, and greases.
