Description:

The EdgeTech Sampling Module is a compact, self-contained unit, which draws a regulated sample gas flow through the chilled mirror sensor. The complete Module is 6.5"H x 10"L x 8"W and is equipped with a small capacity oil-less linear vacuum pump rated, flow meter (0-5 SCFH) and Swagelok bulkhead fittings; all mounted in a dust tight, water tight, NEMA4 enclosure. This Sampling Module is used on ambient air when sufficient positive pressure is not available and on contained process samples where the sample is below or at atmospheric pressures. User Benefits: Conditioned and regulated samples increase the accuracy and reliability of dew point measuring, sampling systems. Comes fully assembled for quick and easy installation. Flow meter is externally mounted for easy adjustments and monitoring. Pump Specifications: Max Pressure: (psi) 2, Max Power: (watts) 8. Wetted Materials: N-Butyl Rubber, Roulon J Teflon Composite, Stainless Steel, Anodized Aluminum, Epoxy Coated Copper wire. INCLUDES SENSOR AS PICTURED. Requires control module GASES TO AVOID: NOx, Ozone, H2, Gasoline vapor and any corrosive gases which may adversely affect the wetted materials.
