WalkAway Systems automate more than 90% of your routine ID/AST workload for true walk-away savings. The instrument processes Synergies plus™, conventional overnight and rapid panels on one system. This is a 40 capacity model. 40 tests / hour. Method: Turmidimetry The WalkAway System provides easy and efficient collection, storage, editing, and retrieval of patients' specimen results. The system automatically identifies microorganisms and determines the in vitro antimicrobic susceptibility patterns of bacteria isolated from clinical specimens. It also provides various reports such as the WalkAway QC Diagnostics Report, patient reports, and epidemiology reports. Most WalkAway panel processing functions are controlled and monitored via the LabPro computing system (not included - available from manufacturer). The bar code printer produces bar code labels to be affixed to panels during panel setup. The WalkAway instrument reads each bar code and stores the panel identification information with the panel results (also not included - available from manufacturer). With the optional Report Printer LabPro provides several reports based on panel results. PRICE REFLECTS THAT PRINTER, COMPUTER/SOFTWARE AND BARCODE PRINTER ARE NOT INCLUDED
