Description:

This unit requires a converter and a horn to operate. The converter (available new for approximately CN$2,130) and 1/2" disruptor horn (available new for approximately CN$510) are not included with this unit. Please note that since we do not have the converter, we can not test the unit thoroughly. The unit has been inspected and seems to be working well otherwise. You can either send us your converter and horn to test more thoroughly or you can have 10 days to return the unit (less all related shipping charges) if you find it to be functionally defective This Branson 450 ultrasonic homogenizer has features that include a load meter, variable power control, 0-15min timer, & pulsing mode. The particular horn you require can be ordered separately. Designed to apply high-frequency ultrasonic energy to biological and chemical processing to: -Disrupt cellular structures -Homogenize samples -Emulsify materials -Disperse or mix compounds -Accelerate reactions. Sonifiers are able to process static samples from 1ml to greater than 500 ml or flowing material up to 40l/hr. Consists of a power supply, a converter, and a mechanical probe or horn.
