Description:

FPLC (Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography) is one of the most successful ways to purify biomolecules. FPLC enables you to run applications manually or automatically and to construct multi-step purification schemes. This automated FPLC system combines liquid chromatography controller LCC-501 Plus and motor valves to simplify sample loading, liquid handling and to ensure reproducibility. Different valve configurations enable you to perform a variety of column manipulations. The LCC-501 Plus system includes the following components: 2 P-500 pumps (stock #22585 and #23189), 1 P-1 pump (stock #22590), 1 FRAC-100 fraction collector (stock #22820), 1 UV-1 monitor (stock #22591), 1 MV-7 valve, 2 MV-8 valves, 1 mixer, a chromatography rack and a column.
