The Turner 112 filter-type fluorometer incorporates the same double beam technology as the model 111 but includes a digital readout for more precise, error-free readings. The Turner 112 has a wavelength range for excitation of 254 to 650nm and emission of 225nm to 650nm. Price includes 2 used filters as available from stock - please inquire. Exitation source is a mercury lamp for 310 to 450nm, 546nm and 578nm; four interchangeable sources extend the excitation range from 254 to 650nm. Resolution: 0.1% of full scale, Sensitivity: 15 parts per trillion quinine sulfate with standard door and high sensitivity accessory.
