Description:

Includes autosampler, keyboard, super lamp power supply, furnace & single slot burner head. 4-place lamp turret. This is a fully automated AA spectrophotometer which incorporates advanced processing & interfacing facilities. The instrument operates under the central control of a microprocessor for accurate performance. Multi-element analysis sequences can be run automatically, either from parameters stored in internal memory, or from parameter files stored on the dual floppy disk system. Default parameters are available for all elements in all modes, so that the operator need only install the appropriate data coded hollow cathode lamps and enter the calibration data to be able to perform an automatic 8 element analysis. Multi-element lamps can be used on this system which increases the number of elements available to 16 on the 4-position lamp turret. This is a high energy double beam optical system. The absorbance range is -0.150A to 3.000A (including background and atomic absorbance), and the instrumental baseline noise is equal to, or less than +/-0.002 absorbance units. The background correction system is capable of correcting for background signals of up to 2A, to an accuracy of 2% or better.
