Description:

STAINLESS STEEL, 14" RUNNING WHEEL FOR RATS. Allows easy, convenient measurement of lab rodents' voluntary physical activity in response to chemical or environmental stimuli. Constructed of stainless steel with low-friction bushing for long life and quiet, smooth action. All non-electrical cage parts are autoclavable. Compatible with cages 01-288-1F and 01-286-13F for rats (not included; order online). Other accessories available included cage support (Fisher catalog no. 01-281-12B) and magnetic switch counter with LCD counter (Fisher catalog no. 01-286-12E) to count wheel revolutions sold separately (order from Fisher Scientific) .
