Description:

This LKB Bromma 2211 superrac fraction collector is designed for optimal fraction collector efficiency in low-pressure, high-pressure and industrial chromatography. Based on peak-slope detection system; uses changes in the derivative of the absorbance trace to define peaks accurately. Lets you collect peaks with a minimum of contamination from neighboring eluate, distinguish true peaks from artifacts - such as bubbles - regardless of drifting baselines. Can be programmed to compensate for peak asymmetry and peak-width broadening during isocratic elution. COLLECTION MODES: Time: 00:01-99:59 min/sec in 1 sec intervals or 00:01-99:59 hr/min in 1 min intervals. Drop count: 1 to 9999 drops, 1 drop intervals; maximum drop rate is 12 drops/second.
