The Shandon Autosharp 5 knife sharpener is an instrument specifically designed to assist the operator to achieve the desired results with the minimum of expertise. With the Autosharp 5, you have complete control over the finish of the knife edge, and your knives are available , on average, within 15 miinutes. Knife angle and pressure are pre-set, ensuring sharpeningperfection and consistency of facet angles. The special motion of the sharpening plate provides even sharpening along the full length of the knife edge. This prevents concave or convex deformation of the knife edge and preserves the plane surface of the sharpening plate. Includes 1 used microsharp aluminum lapping plate - the condition of the plate is not guaranteed.
